Polite notice about cancellations
- Any treatments booked will require a 20% deposit to secure the appointment.
- A minimum notice period of 48 hours is required to reschedule a pre-booked appointment.
- Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will be contacted to reschedule. Any further appointments made will require a 50% deposit.
- All deposits paid will be deducted from the final balance.
- Payments can be made via cash, transfer or PayPal.
